Backend Developer

Backend Developers at SWEN are making sure that our PMS operates at peak efficiency. Their main focus is writing clean and scalable code to create a stable and easily maintainable system that seamlessly integrates with diverse systems and services.

Frontend Developer

Frontend Developers at SWEN apply their React skills and meticulous attention to detail to create, develop, and maintain SWEN's features. They build frontend elements and handle complex UI requirements, ensuring that their code complies with the specified criteria and industry standards.

Customer Support

SWEN’s Customer Support Interns actively communicate with users, resolving queries, offering guidance, and collecting valuable feedback. They collaborate with other teams, striving to optimize client services, contribute customer insights internally, and explore potential career development paths.

Software Tester

Software Testers at SWEN use their attention to detail, empathy and problem-solving skills to put themselves in the shoes of our users, test our tool and dig up every shortcoming that could negatively impact their experience with SWEN. They report and communicate their findings effectively to make sure each issue is fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Account Executive

Account Executives at SWEN are responsible for the entire sales cycle. They establish and nurture relationships with our prospective clients, showing the value our tool can bring to their businesses, ultimately transforming them into happy customers. This role demands effective negotiation skills and the continuous refinement of sales techniques and competencies.

Leadership team

Our CEO, COO and CTO come from various backgrounds, covering technology, product management, sales and team leadership. They combine their diverse expertise and deep knowledge to ensure they lead the entire team towards innovation and success while navigating the complexities of the ever-evolving hospitality industry.

Throughout my transition from Product Manager to CEO, I’ve made my share, but each one has undoubtedly improved my skills and made me a lot better in my role.

We make sure that your base salary is in top 20% in the IT industry and we also offer a few extra bonuses like the loyalty bonus or a referral bonus. Another big one is our ESOP — employee stock ownership plan for everyone on the team.

Health & family

In addition to subsidised sports memberships, each team member is entitled to a full medical check-up at a private clinic every year. During the days you're sick you get a 100% covered leave. Parents get paid leave and some additional days off, bonuses and gifts for babies.


The basis of annual leave is 24 days and we support hybrid work models. When you're in the office you can collect your mail and packages and have your car washed. We also provide car/bike parking spaces and top-notch equipment — MacBook and a smartphone with a paid subscription.
